Who is Involved?

Pete and Joyce Majendie have the vision and are the driving force that brings an army of volunteer helpers together to create and present the Christmas Journey Peace Labyrinth.
Welcome support also comes from Creative Communities NZ through the Christchurch City Council and other local businesses.

Peter has created large scale art installations for 10 years, and has been described as a consummate raconteur and quirky stand-up storyteller who looks at life with wry humour and no small amount of cynicism.
He is equally at home speaking at social gatherings of any sort, corporate events, or even aboard the Christchurch Tram.

Volunteers and helpers from many church congregations acoss the city join together to make the Christmas Journey happen. These are some of the congregations these individual come from- (if you are helping and your congregation is not list here, please email us and let us know!)
